How do I move around and interact?
Drag anywhere on the left side of the screen to walk, and press the A button to talk, bake or pick things up. Game controllers and iPad keyboards work too: move with the stick, WASD or the arrow keys, and use A, Space or Return to interact.
Where is my game saved?
On your device, with a backup in your iCloud account if you are signed in to iCloud. There are three save slots. The game saves when you go to bed each night and when you leave the app.
I got a new phone. How do I get my bakery back?
Sign in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on, then install Starfall Bakery. Your saves come back from iCloud the first time you open it. This can take a minute or two to sync.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
No. You pay once and get the whole game, including every update.
Does it work offline?
Yes, completely.
The text is hard to read, or the effects are too busy.
Open Menu, then Settings. You can turn on Bigger text, Reduce motion, left-handed controls, and change brightness and text speed.
I'm stuck. What should I do next?
Check the idea note at the top of the screen, or open Menu, then Journal, then Quests. Anything someone has asked you for is listed there, and the Follow button shows the way with an arrow. Nothing in the game is timed against you, so take your time.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
