Privacy Policy

In short: Starfall Bakery does not collect, store, sell or share any of your personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your game is saved on your own device, and in your own iCloud account if you use iCloud.
Who we are
Starfall Bakery ("the game", "we", "us") is a single-player game made by Sheng Hao and Ryan Kang. This policy explains what happens to information when you play it. If you have any question about it, email chooshenghao07@gmail.com.
Information we collect
None. The game does not ask for your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos or any other personal information, and it does not send information about you or your play to us or to anyone else.
The name you give your baker inside the game stays on your device (and in your iCloud, see below). We never receive it.

Deleting the game removes its data from your device. To remove the iCloud backup as well, go to Settings, then your name, then iCloud, then Manage Account Storage on your device.
Advertising, analytics and tracking
The game shows no advertising and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking software from us or anyone else. It does not use the Advertising Identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Purchases
Starfall Bakery is a paid app with no in-app purchases. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details.
Internet use
The game works fully offline. The only network use is Apple's own iCloud syncing of your saves, which Apple handles under its own privacy policy.
Children
The game is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children, in line with laws such as COPPA in the United States and the GDPR in Europe.
Your rights
Wherever you live, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws, you have rights over your personal information. Because we hold none, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete or export. Your saves are under your control on your device and in your iCloud. You are welcome to contact us with any request or question.
Changes to this policy
If the game ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this page and the date above before that version is released.
